Hello sa lahat, This is MR. KABADO. Last May 28, 2026, I received an email from defaulter about this GOTYME GARNISHMENT. So THIS IS FYI for everyone.
As per him defaulter siya sa BPI 300K. Nonpayment for 2 years with 300K balance kasama na other charges.
As per him, Nakatanggap siya ng Summon from the bank and garnishment letter but hindi siya umattend sa small claims since wala siyang pang hulog.
As per him, the amount ay ipon niya from online selling. Nakamonitor na din sya sa CIMB and other ewallet and ebank.

ReplyDeletesa garnishment po ba pwde magarnish pati account ni husband kung ako lang po ang defaulter, pag hindi po umattend ng summons or natalo po sa small claims court

DeleteHow long ba ang garnishment? Example defualter sa BPI and may account sa kanila. How long naka garnish ang account? Same lang din ba sa ibang accounts mo sa other banks?
