         I have made promises but not fulfilled, do you? You are in good hands with the present admin

    I was browsing the concerns and noticed something important:
    when a collector says you owe this amount (P xxxx), people immediately ACCEPT it as TRUE and CORRECT!
    take it from there. lol!

      ito yung not losing one's common sense is always important.

      parang si barangay official lang na nakatanggap ng tawag galing kay police o lawyer kuno about sa constituent na may for filing na raw na criminal case at nagbigay ng contact na dapat ibigay sa constituent. at nagpabudol din si barangay official at binigay sa constituent. ano daw? naloko na at nagpaloko si kapitan. 😂

    Hi sir Sonnix Haven..hehe nakakatuwa talaga ung mga tactics dito..gamit na gamit ko ang pagreply sa email na "the court is always formal,legal and Fair"..at dahil jan panay ang reply nila sa emails ko na pumasok daw ako sa payment arrangement,sinabi ko na nga na i dont have the capacity to pay pa and i will inform directly the bank if i recover financially..at humingi po ako ng detailed SOA pero nagalit pa sabi dapat daw pumasok na ako sa payment arrangement or else ifile na nila sa court ang kaso ko..thank you sa lahat ng mga advised dito..it helps a lot to keep me sane..🙏🙏🙏 sir Briansurewood..sir retiredBanker..sir sonixhaven..sir kinakape.at sa lahat..salamat po..:)

    The normal court decision is:
    "Pay P xxx ( your utang) plus xx% interest per annum UNTIL FULLY PAID. ( no deadline lol!)"
