ReplyDelete@krizzydefaulter,
DeleteI rarely advise this, but mukhang predatory lender yan and malamang di SEC regsitered yan. Wag mo bayaran.
DeleteFrom what I know bawal yan, but it will be a hassle to file against them. There was an online lending that was raided by the police, I think a month ago. So if you are willing to go to the trouble of complaining to the police, making yourself available to be a witness, then ok.
DeleteIts not an app po eh tao po talaga sya na nagoffer ng loan. Papahiramin ka as long as isesend mo un valid id with selfie mo if di ka makapag pay ikakalat nila sa FB world ang pic mo gagawan ka pa ng tarpaulin na hndi ka nagbabayad. Kahit sobrang makiusap k sakanila pag tinopak cla posted agad.
Deletemas malala pa to sila maningil compared to the CA crooks. they will send malicious messages to all your phone contacts. and oftentimes, they will threaten you to publish your selfie IDs in social media. what they are doing is outright illegal. usurious pa interest rates and to the highest level ang penalties. FRAUD talaga sila. yes, maraming raids na sa kanila ang NBI, and yet they continue to operate.
similar to this, we can report to PNP cybercrime unit if we feel our privacy rights are violated.
The only thing you could practically do is to IGNORE them. Control what you can and deactivate all your socmed accounts.
DeleteBahing teknik ng lenders yan ah. Delikado yan pag tao ang nagpautang sayo. Ipa blotter mo yan at NBI at PNP.
DeleteOpo kinalat na po yung mga ID ko sa mga buy and sell page :( she even chat all my facebook friends kaht nakikiusap ako saknya to have it settle na hulug hulugan.
Defaulter po ako with multiple cc. BPI lng po ung tinira ko. Last week po nag apply ako ng credit to cash for my education.
ReplyDeleteLast week po nag apply ako ng credit to cash for my education.
Deletewell, sorry blacklisted ka na. Try to see if you can get others to apply for credit card and just be a supplementary. Try getting a loan from Home Credit. They don't do background checks.
DeleteHi po newbie lng po ako. I'm not yet cc defaulter since pinipilit kong makabayad kahit minimum lng. Pero this month po i'm planning not to pay 2 cc since gusto ko munang bayaran and tapusin ung iba na may maliit n amount.
ReplyDeleteYes its possible, happened to me sa BDO. Na max out ko ung 100k limit at hnd kinaya bayaran agad. Called bdo hotline for installment request. 3x declined kc wla na dw limit for installment. But I documented everything, reference number every request at qng sinong agent nakausap ko at time. Then I sent an email sa BSP na ayoko ma default ung account ko and willing ako to pay with interest sa BDO. Attached all my proof na hindi sila nkapag find ways for my request. Then after 5 days I received a call from BDO offering Installment options for 36months with interest. Until now im paying it. Diskarte lang tlga. Card is still active.
DeleteHi, new here. CC Defaulter since 2020 dahil nagpandemic. I have 8 cc (Metrobank, 2 RCBC, EWB, BDO, UB, PNB, and CITI.
ReplyDeleteI received an email from Dulce Marie Esteban saying:
Dear xxxxxx,

We hereby inform you that you are expected to receive an official summon at 2PM

Naglagay si Atty. Rodolfo Yanson ng Roll number: 21042
And upon checking sa supreme court list of lawyers, wala sya doon. May rodolfo yanson but with a different roll number.
Any advise po dito? or anyone na naka receive ng the same email from YANSON LAW FIRM?
old script, old strategy ng CA crooks. tapon lang.
DeleteWaiting padin ako this 2PM today kung totoo.
May nareceive din Kasi Ako nag text msg ngayon.
DeleteHi good day po.
ReplyDelete@anonymous, hi yes you're most welcome to post your concern here
Deleteright don't ever fall into that trap of borrowing money just to pay off another tang ( most of the defaulters here were guilty of that diskarte , kasama po ako and that is what banker referred to as "never ending financial marathon"
during my time in 2014 if I opt of just defaulting one acct...siguro I would not be in this mess
just Bec I wanted to be in that good credit standing... I made one cash adv one after another
now pag na default ka, expect na ca will start pestering you with sms, emails, demand letters etc
worst that rcbc can do is to file a sum of money case para ma hold nila whatever money you have in the bank... zero syempre me legal remedy for that
n back reading will do you good
am now a retiree n am okey
-cherryloudejesus
Hi Sir seeking advice din po. May na received akong letter from RCBC balance sa cc is 57k before pandemic din to sir..ano po 1st step gagawin sir.
ReplyDeleteBackread. Solved yan.
DeleteIn essence kung walang pambayad edi wala.
@Anonymous,
DeletePost your concern here.
ReplyDeleteAnsabe?
Delete@anonymous, hi collectors are indeed capable of doing stupid things, as per my experience in 2014 there was this ca who kept on calling me sa office every 5 minutes ( I was then the receptionist so I was able to filter calls ) n told me that he will not stop making my life a hell unless I pay up... so yun sya mismo ang nagsawa
Delete-mindset ko then was to comply with the collector's offer if me extra money, fair ang demanded amt...and of course AYAW ko sa bully na ca
-cherryloudejesus
Nag house visit and work visit po ba sila? Salamat
ReplyDeleteSabi nga ni Banker at admins. Hindi mo kontrolado ang gagawin nila. Kontrolin mo ang reaksyon mo.
Delete@anonymous
DeleteIlan months kana delay sa rcbc?
ReplyDeleteGuys,
Stop asking "How is this collections agency?" Or "Kumusta po si ganitong CA?"
How Collectors talk to you is based on how long you have been deliquent and the amount you owe them.
There are levels which collection agencies classify your debt, and depending on the level, that is how they will interact with you.
In the end, pareho lahat yan.
👍
ReplyDeleteAsk ko lang kung totoo po na kahit di umattend ng hearing same lang ang judgment, 6% interest annually and pay when able? Thank you po.
Thank you.
ReplyDeleteGood Day po Everyone... Question po ulit sana... pag po ba skipper officer or associate galing po mismo sa bank? are they the same po ba ng mga CA? may nagemail kasi sakin from SB, then yun nakalagay skipper officer, then yung domain eh domain ng sb. (securitybank
Baka makatulong.
Good day Po. Seek Lang Po Ako Ng advice. Ano Po kaya Ang maganda Kong Gawin e Wala naman lonakong trabaho at plain house wife n Lang o Ako at under medication. Lalo Po Akong na eestress. Salamat Po.

DeleteI have 3 credit cards kay RCBC.
Binayaran namin yung sa bpi since yun yung checking account nya at payroll account nung time na yun (up to now active CC with 164k credit limit). Di ko na matandaan yung total pero more or less 500k-700k ata lahat. Nagkafinancial problem kasi kami nun.
ReplyDelete1. For a few months sobrang daming calls talaga, stressful.
Ilang years nagpupunta talaga sila dito sa bahay then one time niyayaya ako sa barangay irereport daw ako since wala nga yung hubby ko. Everyday kinakabahan ako pag may kumakatok or tumatahol yung dogs.
4. Nagpandemic so nagstop na yung house visits at letters.
Anxious and depressed kami nun. Pero life goes on and sabi nga nila pag sobrang bagsak ka na, there's nowhere to go but up. I hope to pay it forward 😊
Good Day..
hndi din nacheckan ung part kung face to face or online ung hearing..
sana po mapansin nyo at mabigyan nyo kami ng guidance how to face the situation..
