Chapter I Meet Mr. Collector
He is usually a high school graduate who earns his living
on a no-collect ; no-commission basis, employing mainly:
1. Pretense ( lawyer/police/NBI,whatever)
2. Harassment
3. Blackmail
4. Extortion
5. Swindling
which are all CRIMINAL OFFENSES just in case you don't know yet
Chapter II Ways of Contacting You
1. Demand letters
1.a. Receive them. No big deal. You can even sign it front and back or left to right.
1.b Do not open. There are no good news there anyway, only lies. tapon
2.Text Messages
Para iwas stress, simply press 'delete'
3.Calls
3.a) Take the call. It can't kill you anyway.
3.b) Do not argue, plead or explain, so that the call will not take long.
3.c) "According to my lawyer, sa court na lang daw natin pag-usapan ito"
3.d) Stick to that line. simplify your answers to "yes" or "no"
3.e) Remember this sound - "click"
3.f) Huwag ma-pikon.
Chapter III The Lies Collectors Tell
The first lie is his name.
That is not the collector's real name.
So, why would you believe anything he says afterwards?
1.Court Case
They won't ; they don't ; they can't
Why would they'd be called "collectors" in the first place!
2.Imprisonment
Failure to pay means you promised, but did not fulfill it.
Its found under "Obligations and Contracts" of the Civil Code,
not in the Revised Penal Code, hence, not a criminal act.
This also applies to debts abroad like UEA.
3.Amnesty and Promos
Show me first the documents that he is legally allowed by the bank to do so
before I believe him.
4.Travel Ban
You are not a criminal, what gives?
5.Getting Your Properties/Assets/Money/Salary
May court decision na ba?
Meron ka bang condo/Ferrari/Time deposits?
Plain robbery
6.Publishing Your Face
Have you ever seen one in a newspaper?
7.Warrants of Arrest/ BP 22/ RA 8484/ PNP/NBI/CIDG/INTERPOL
These words imply "imprisonment" ; now go back and read again if you missed anything.
Chapter IV Threats and Blackmails - Visits
1. Office
2. Home
3. Barangay
What for, Eskadalo?
Tip :
A list of criminal offenses you can file against collectors is found here:
http://failuretopaycreditcard.blogspot.com/2010/11/matapang-na-collector.html
Chapter V How To Pay
1. Go to the bank personally
2. Ask for an updated Statement of Account
3. Review and request for waiver or reduction of charges
4. If there is an agreement, document it ; the start paying
If there is no agreement ( referred only to collectors),
wait for the court, if ever it will come.
5.The process will simply repeat again from steps 1 - 4
Chapter VI Worst Case Scenario
If the bank is serious in collecting from you,
matagal ka na dapat pina-tawag sa court.
Even if the bank files a thousand cases,
if you have no condo, ferrari or time deposit,
THE END
Chapter VII The Five Golden Rules
1. If you cannot pay, don't
2. Prioritize you need, not their greed
3. Disregard, delete, dedma.
4. Don't let them control your life, it's your life anyway
5. Dare their bluffs ; just for laughs?
(I forgot the last one. honest. ha..ha..ha..)
Chapter VIII Lessons Learned
1. Debt is a humbling, not a humiliating experience.
2. Forget the debt, not the lessons.
Then reflect on this :
Parable Of The Ten Lepers
Postface
Someone asked me:
"You told me they won't sue me but they did!"
I answered back:
" I cannot guarantee everything 100% ; Remember, I am not God!"
RETRIVED POSTED THREAD BY BANKER DATED MAY 2015
At the end of day, nasa sa atin ang diskarte.
Glad this was re-published.
Deleteyour problem is actually VERY SIMPLE.
better read Chapter VIII
BUT.....
people come, then go....
just like the 9 lepers
thanks for this reminder, banker.
Deletewe look forward to have MORE "healed defaulters" to stay and spread the "good news".
Sonixx is this true? I have a 10yr old unpaid loan.
Delete"Unpaid credit card balances in the Philippines will not be erased, as is the case in other countries. You owe the credit card companies no matter how long it has been since you made the purchases. A common misconception is that debts are erased from a bank's database after they have been collected for seven years."
This is amazing. I found this blog exactly when I needed it. I was terrorized by these collectors for some time. And even when I talked to them politely, ang gaspang sumagot. I literally don't know if their job turned them that way eventually, or requirement talaga na kapag debt collector ka na medyo dapat wala kang kaluluwa.
ReplyDeleteSabagay, when you think about it, hindi naman yung mga nakakaluwag sa buhay ang nalulubog sa utang.
Anyway, things will get better. Things always get better. If you're reading this and you're scared, makakaahon ka rin.
Malayo-layo na rin pala,
ReplyDeleteMula noong ika'y nag-umpisa.
Paulit-ulit mong kinakaya.
Astig ah. Pwede to gawing defaulters' anthem. 🤣
DeleteKakayanin! there is no other better option for us. Kayanin, kaya, kakayanin.
Never give up! Our financial situation should not make life less beautiful. It is beautiful.
Similar to other CA crooks. Diskarte lang.
ReplyDeleteKahit sinong CA crooks naman, one goal nila is to collect, using legal and illegal strategies.
DeleteHalos lahat sila makukulit talaga kasi yun trabaho nila.
DeleteBasahin mo nga to. https://failuretopaycreditcard.blogspot.com/2015/03/matapang-at-mayabang-na-collector.html
Hello. Has anyone tried here sa cnccsi? Meron akong personal loan sa kanila with issued check.
ReplyDeleteCNCCSI - di ba CA crooks sila? why did you allow them to treat you that way? Sana hindi. Sariling bahay mo yan.
https://failuretopaycreditcard.blogspot.com/2015/03/matapang-at-mayabang-na-collector.html
Hello po patulong po sana ako kasi nakatangap po ako ng complaint kasama pulis at barangay from Bank Association of the philippines for Estafa case daw po kasi meron ako defaulted amounting to 968k ksama penalty and interest BPI Credit Card, Security Bank Credit Card, Security Bank Loan (issued check).
DeleteHa? nagsama sama lahat ng banks sa pinas para kasuhan ka. this is stupidity to the highest level.
Hi Sonnix. Muntik n po ako mag give in kahit 10k
DeleteBank Association talaga yung name?
DeleteI republished this THREAD talaga kasi ITO YUNG ESSENCE NG BLOG. Kaso sabi nga ni banker... PEOPLE COME THEN GO like the 9leppers...
PLEASE PLEASE. READ THE ABOVE POST THEN REFLECT.
Hays...
Thank you so much for reposting this
ReplyDeleteThanks for this. Does this also applies sa Online Lending Application? Like MoneyCat?
ReplyDeleteThey have ridiculous and unjust interest rate.
virtual *apir* same tayo building guard ang nag receive.
WPS garnishment? It is possible, but highly improbable. It will be more expensive for the bank to bring you to court than to have a settlement. My position is: it is difficult for the credit card companies (banks) to prove that you owe them money. For them to prove you owe them money they have to produce the ff: 1) A contract that is notarized (did you sign anything that is notarized?); 2) All the charge slips you have signed, and it has to be original (do you think the banks have kept all those charge slips); 3) how they arrived at the amount that they claim you owe them. Now if you don't ask them to prove it, and you enter into negotiations immediately, then all proofs will be considered waived. And it will take the bank too much of their time, money, and effort. Remember they have to pay filing fee if they plan to bring a case against you. And the filing fee is dependent on how much they claim you owe them. Too much trouble. And there is a whole list of procedures before they can garnish your assets. It's simply not worth it for the bank.
DeleteThank you for sharing sir.
If ever man madala sa court ung case ko, will ask for computation and breakdown.
Better maintain minimal amounts na you can let go. If you need talaga, you may maintain time deposits under sa ibang name.
DeleteI am not really sure,.but I would assume na since di covered ng BSP yun, baka di rin ma trace.
🤣 For your peace of mind, hwag kang magpa scam.
Deletesalamat po. :)
Delete@Saturday April 1, 2023, 5:52pm: kung si Donald Trump daming siyang utang, and everybody knows it, tapos Kodak filed for bankruptcy, who cares kung an publish ang pangalan mo and ang photo mo? Seriously. Nobody cares, kaya tinatakot ka lang dyan. It was never done unless, you are convicted of estafa. But if that were true, na publish nila ang pangalan at ang photo mo sa periodico, haha, kulang ang paper supply sa Pinas for that. Just go to your nearest sari-sari store and ask them kung may utang ang mga tao sa kanila. hehe.
DeleteCall their bluff. Kung ginawa nila yun demanda mo.
DeleteTrue po ba eto? My loan was from 2012 and I stopped paying 2013 coz di ko na kinaya coz sobra na interest.
ReplyDelete"Unpaid credit card balances in the Philippines will not be erased, as is the case in other countries. You owe the credit card companies no matter how long it has been since you made the purchases. A common misconception is that debts are erased from a bank's database after they have been collected for seven years."
Same thing rin sabi ni banker dati. May statutory period for the banks to collect credit card defaults. Pero marami rin dito na kahit more than 10 years, sumusulpot pa rin ang mga CA crooks to collect.
Delete@Anonymous,
@Anonymous Apri 1, 11:13PM = It will not be erased, but if ever you pay you can get a certificate of full payment and then go to the office of CMAP somewhere in Makati and show it to them. Btw, if you are eager to pay lump sum (I don't know why you should pay them in the first place), ask if you can get a clearance from the bank of full payment, "kaliwaan". Meaning, tell the CA, to accompany you to the bank and then pay the amount to the teller, only if they have a signed clearance ready to give you the moment you pay in the bank and that the moment you get the clearance, both of you go tot the nearest Notary Public to notarize the clearance. Only if those conditions are met, are you willing to pay them. Now, I doubt if they will agree to those conditions.
DeleteTHANK YOU PO SA MGA INSIGHTS. Nakakatulong po ng sobra!
DeleteGood day po. Nkastate Po don kausapin yong bank and request for discount. If sa collector k p Rin nila ituturo. Ksa hintayin mo mkaipon Ako 40pm which is mlabo. Thank u banker at s lhat nag bumubuo.ng blog n to . We can do it
Deletethis is a hard lesson.
better to negotiate directly with the bank. if ibalik ka nila sa CA, then you have to deal with the CA. either way, you need to ensure all agreements are documented. I had my negotiations through email exchanges.
ReplyDeletebut only do this if you are sure, you have enough resources to sustain your settlement. if di ka sure, huwag na. worst, never go for installment settlement kasi if di mo ma sustain, sayang lang ang bayad.
I always prefer one-time negotiated settlement, with fast issuance of certificate of full payment.
Dala ng pandemic, maraming ccs akong maxed out and di na nabayaran.
Nagsisimula akong muli. Kakahire lang sa akin despite my many utangs.
Out of sight, out of mind muna. Masyadong painful ang first year ko with them and stressful kaya babawi muna ako para makapag provide sa pamilya ko.
Wag uutang para magbayad ng utang, I learned that the hard way.
DeleteAko more than 10years, I didn't get a warrant. I haven't gotten any letters. Latest defaulting ako is from EWB and UBP around 2 years. Since I don't answer the phone, they the calls have become less and less. If they call and I answer, I just deny I have a credit card with them. If they insist and get argumentative, I simply ask, "Do still want to argue with me or do you want to go to your next caller? The reason I am not hanging up is because I am being polite. But if you keep arguing with me, I will hang up." As for "lying" that you didn't have a credit card, just remember you are not under oath. So legally you are not lying. The more you entertain their calls, the more they will call you.
ReplyDeleteI hope you read the above post. anyway, bank filed a case not the CA.
DeleteAko tagal na hindi credit card defaulter ako sa citibank, since 2010 more or less, nothing happened.
Nothing happened.
DeleteHi po..how much po defaulted nyo kay citibank..
DeleteGot this email from SP If you keep on ignoring and disregarding our phone calls and emails, we regret to inform you that upon filing the necessary complaint your name will be labeled with FINANCIAL DEROGATORY RECORDS. We are therefore giving you this chance to reconsider your position and resolve this problem today.
ReplyDeleteANONG DAPAT SAGOT? WALA WALA WALA...
DeleteHave you read the post above? I hope so
Keep in mind the legal dictum: "Whoever claims must prove." They are claiming that you owe them money. They have to prove that. Do they have proof? Wala. Why? For them to prove that you owe them money, they have to produce the ORIGINAL charge slips (the one you have signed) for them to show that you owe them money. Now if you go to court and admit that you owe them money and not dispute the amount, then your right to accounting and "proof" is considered waived. Best thing to do, if in court is to ask the ff documents from them. 1)The terms of agreement (did you sign it?) and has it been notarized; 2) The charge slips they claim upon my purchased that you have signed. Has to be original (Citibank vs Teodoro-its in the internet); 3) How they arrived at the figure they claim you owe them. In other words, it will be very difficult for the bank to produce those documents. That's why they gave it to the collection agency.
DeleteMAGNILAY NILAY MUNA ANG LAHAT NGAYONG MAHAL NA ARAW.
ReplyDeleteALWAY REMEMBER THAT GOD ALWAYS IN CONTROL.
PRAY. PRAY HARDER.
Hello po. Defaulter po ako since ngstart ang pandemic. Out of 10 ccards 2 don ay fully paid na at meron na din po ako cert of fullpayment.
ReplyDeleteSa 10 I still hvae 4ccs na dipa sinsettle. 2UBP , Robinsons bank and BPI. The rest ay under account restructure.
S 2 cards po ksi 50k and below ang total amount due ko as of the moment.
Thanks po and Godbless
DeleteThank you for your response Mr Kabado2.
Same with BPI sguro 60-70k na po sguro.
Metrobank po kasi yung defaulted bank ko and plano ko pong mag ipon muna as of now kasi madami pang uunahin na needs.
ReplyDeleteGarnishment nangyayari once my court order na...

Hahahaha lol.
ReplyDeleteHello! Thanks
DeleteHello, so far po sa nababasa ko wala po masyado nagshshare regarding on how they handle their MB dilinquent account, balak ko po kasi magbayad but hopefully mas mababa na rate mga ilang years po ba before i go directly to the bank and pay? Wala po bang posting dito about discounts ni mb?? Pangpalakas lang po sana ng loob. Thank you po.
ReplyDelete@Anonymous,
@MrBrianSureWood,
ReplyDeletesyempre trabaho nila yun. I never allow the messenger to do other things except mag abot ng letter. 🤣 this is my way of having full control of the situation.
Hi po I received below email from Maybank collections.
ReplyDeleteThe bank has endorsed your Maybank Credit Card 5328XXXXXXXX7533 to Constantino And Associates Law Offices as you have failed to comply with the payment requirement set despite the numerous efforts made by the bank.
Final demand notice is given to collect the Total Outstanding Balance of Php 43,535.68 to avoid possible endorsement of account for legal proceedings.
Settle immediately at any branch of Maybank, BDO, RCBC, SM bills payment counter, Bancnet online or ATM, and via M2U Online or BPI online.
Any advice po how to deal with this?
If they call tell them na wala ka talaga pambayad kahit lumuwa ka ng dugo diyan... wala naman sila magagawa...
Deletethe simplest reply " SUE me/him"
ReplyDeletedon't argue, explain, period 🤗
Thanks Banker and Mr. Kabado2!
Hello. what bank u are referring? EWB?
Sana po maaprove, wala po kasi mabasa about those banks.
ReplyDeleteall CA crooks have the same goal - to collect at our own costs. pare parehong style lang sila. masama silang lahat especially sa paggamit ng illegal means to collect. magka ibang level lang ng sama. hehehe

ReplyDeleteMay natanggap nanaman akong email from hindi ko alam kung galing kanino at anong collections and for what bank.
Good day,
Notice of Reminder and for your last chance we would like to inform you that the barangay hearing for assistance has been set and scheduled on April 18, 2023 at 10AM at your BRGY. where you are located.
For a last update, may we ask if you are willing to settle your account so we cannot pursue and cancel the scheduled BRGY. HEARING, please call me ASAP at this number 0965-9015209 If no response to this notice we will be presumed that the HEARING must be to continue thank you.
Refer to Chapter 4 above, and other posts na open pa. galing kay CA crooks yan.
ReplyDeleteHi...I need po kumuha ng NBI Clearance...I have unpaid debt to HSBC around 36k since 2010. Pinadadalhan na rin ako ng demand
ReplyDeleteletter ng SP Madrid. Since 2016 nagstop na
sila. My questions are:
1. would it affect/reflect kung kukuha ako ng NBI clearance to work abroad.
2. I dont have an idea kung naifile na po nila ito sa court...pag nafile na po ba lalabas na may derogatory records po ako sa NBI clearance.
neeed answers po
Peter Sideno
1. Hello po. You already answered the question, PARANOID KA PA RIN. lol
Delete2. NBI catered criminal case. Utang is civil case. Lalabas sa NBI mo? NO!
Delete5+years defaulter here.
ReplyDeleteThat is contract of obligation so wala naman kulong doon..
I’ts been three year that Im a silent reader of this site!! And so thankful to all the advices given by the following people Salamat nang marami esp to Banker and Mam cherylou and the rest … 4 yrs na akong defaulter nang BPI at nahinto sila nang ilan months but lately may pumunta last friday from Constantino Law office na CA crooks at ang lakas nang boses nya sa gate namin hindi ako lumabas ang husband ko lang and give him a instruction na just leave the letter to mailbox pero ayaw nyan pumayag at sumigaw pa na sa susunod sa baranggay na daw kami mag uusap… ang gaming tao na nakarinig..nahiya tuloy ako ngayon lumabas … and lately just recived a email at puro pananakot… gusto ko sanang sagutin ang email nang Constantino law office.. Can u give me any advice kung sasagutin ko ba o ignore na lang … pls help thank u so much
ReplyDeleteif you want to reply, simple lang naman sagot , "wala pa akong pambayad sa ngayon. i will reach out directly to you once I recover and have the means."
Deletemagiging astig ang mga CA crooks kung hinahayaan lang natin sila. last time may taga SP Madrid pumunta sa bahay, messenger plus isang babae. ako mismo tumatanggap sa letters pag nasa bahay ako. ang babae gusto nang mag umpisang magsalita. ang nasabi nya lang na paalma, "Sir, anong plano mo?" sagot ko, sino ka nga at anong role mo bakit ka pumunta sa bahay? tagahatid lang kayo ng sulat, di ba? kapag may gusto pa kayong sabihin, sa formal na sulat o kaya sa korte na ha. bahay ko to. at for your information, nakaharap mo camera at recorded ka. ayun, umalis. bluff ko lang yung may camera. hahaha. pero I am considering palagay ng camera (shoppee lang) as a precaution.
kalma lang tayo. again and again, we should NOT let the CA crooks control our lives. diskarte lang.
I hope in ur 4yrs nagbackread ka dito and nabasa mo ang nasa taas..
now, kung ganyan ka at pumapayag ka na ginaganyan, the problem is you.. backread again?
@Anonymous,
DeleteI will assume that your defaulted account with BPI is/are
A. A Loan
B. Amount is less than 100k
C. Both
I am assuming this since BPI has not sued you yet after 4 years, and SP Madrid pa din ang humahabol sayo.
Anyway, wala naman sila magagawa kung ayaw mo magbayad, but just a heads-up that BPI files cases against defaulters. You may want to watch out and inform anyone from your house about accepting or not accepting anything that may come from BPI and its agencies.
Thank you po in advance.
again, back read above.
ReplyDeleteThank you po @Sonixx Haven God bless you po.
ReplyDeleteHAHHAHAHA ikaw lang nagstress sa sarili mo... good point na feel them na di ka nila matatakot and thats the end. bank filed a case not the CA. they can say what ever they can say edi go
DeleteHi..really need po ng legal advise regarding personal loan po sa tao, not po sa credit card..baka may pwed po ako e-email regarding may problem. :(
ReplyDelete@Anonymous,
ReplyDeletePostface
Someone asked me:
"You told me they won't sue me but they did!"
I answered back:
" I cannot guarantee everything 100% ; Remember, I am not God
May BUT naman po yan diba? kahit nag file ng case ang bank... parang they will SUE you and they will win for sure. BUT.... but anu po ba?
It means, even with all the diskartes here, at the end of the day, it is the call of the banks to file a case against us.
ReplyDeleteBut why worry? yes, clear win ng banks ang sum of money cases. pero pag wala pa rin tayong pambayad, eh di wala pa rin. and banks know that fact. yan kung bakit, they do their homework before mag file ng case to ensure maka collect sila. Come to think of it, dagdag expenses sa banks to file cases, and if they know they can't collect, hassle lang yun sa kanila.
txt i received from our brgy, ano po dapat kong gawin?

I HOPE U READ THE POST ABOVE.
Deletewala kang gagawin.
ReplyDelete"May I know you legal literacy level? It is beyond the jurisdiction of the barangay to settle financial dispute between individual and credit card corporation. But it would be good to meet you there to make my formal counter complaint. Know the law.
Pag walang mabigay, sabihan mo next time hwag na mang disturbo sayo. Sayang ang panic mo.
Good pm po badly need po,kapag po ba sa garnishment kasama po ang KABAYAN ACCOUNT para po ito sa.mga OFW,salamt po and God Bless us all❤️
ReplyDeleteHi po, I'm a silent reader here is it okay not to answer po mga calls?
ReplyDeleteYES. diskarte mo yan but my advised ay sagutin mo and feel them na di ka nila matatakot

ReplyDeleteHi may na approve po ba dito sa pag ibig housing loan na may multiple unsettled credit cards? Thank you po
ReplyDeleteHi @AnonymousTuesday, April 18, 2023 at 12:47:00 AM GMT+8
A lot of these collectors will continue to harrass you since they cannot contact you anymore.
ReplyDeletebank dont file bp22... issued cheke ay to facilitate payment walang deceit doon.
ReplyDelete@BrianSureWood @Sonnixx Haven thank you sa mga advise nyo big help really.
ReplyDeletegood day po sa lahat ng miyembro and specially admins natin,
ReplyDeletemay 2 cards po ako n newly default dahil sa mga scam, pero may 5 cards pa ko n good credit standing tanong lang po, marerenew ko pa din po ba ang mga cards ko na good credit standing? thank you po and more power
@AnonymousWednesday, April 19, 2023 at 12:14:00 AM GMT+8
DeleteYes they send the renewal cards po.
DeleteAGAIN AND AGAIN,
ReplyDeleteI hope everyone ay nagbaback read and READING ALL POST ABOVE.
Your Paranoia will not stop if patulot maniniwala sa mga CA
Damay din ba gcash and paymaya?
Delete@Taga Tandang Sora,
DeleteTransfer nyo na ang pera nyo under a different name as garnishment is about to happen in your accounts.
May certain exceptions po pero for the most part have your money placed in relative's account since the garnishment eill happen on a few days, or mac weeks.
Ang naka lagay po sa woe ay properties and then sell, automatic po ba ang sweldo?
DeleteHere is a practical tip for Collections Agencies to stop calling your office or going to your house.
ReplyDeleteAnswer their calls or emails! I am using an explanation point for emphasis. Hindi ako galit.
If you are answer their call or email, and tell them wala ka ibabayad sa kanila, the chances are they will stop calling you after. And if they don't stop, they would only have to keep on calling or emailing you since they can contact you. As long as they can contact you, you minimize the chances of them going to your house, office or calling your place of work.
Also, I am opinion you cannot complain about the Data Privacy act when they call your office or people you know because most probably ikaw ang nagbigay ng number na yan.
You can't have your cake and eat it too. You can't default on your cards or loans and expect peace of mind from collection agencies. Magalit man tayo sa collector because of their tactics, they are hired by banks to get their money back. The best you can do is arm yourelf with knowledge and face them a few times every couple of months.
great point for emphasis. walang mawawala sa atin pag sinagot natin sila, except oras natin sa pagsagot at peace of mind natin pag di tayo marunong makipag deal sa kanila.
Deletemaghanap at maghanap ng creative ways ang CA paano tayo makontak. p though oftentimes, kahit makontak man nila tayo, they continue to call our offices, connect with our social media contacts, and worst even leave info in their walls (nangyari sa akin). All these just to shame us publicly and force us to settle.
so diskarte lang talaga.
personal strategy ko for three years na. I continue to send formal email financial updates to all banks copying CA crooks. Pag sinagot ko tawag nila, automatic response, binasa mo na ba email ko? hehehe. paulit ulit lang naman email ko sa kanila, telling them wala pa akong pang settle at magkontak ako sa kanila pag maka ahon na ako. hehehe. napansin ko, di sila masyadong kulit for few weeks after my formal email financial updates.
bottomline - since defaulters tayo, diskarte lang talaga paano natin i-manage ang CA crooks.
banker's ultimate bluff - "sue me" works.
and if indeed kasuhan tayo, talo tayo - execution, garnishment, etc. diskarte pa rin. tuloy ang buhay.
Ano pong experience nyo? Thank you po ...
“Legal officer” po ba is also a CA?
ReplyDelete@Anonymous,
DeleteYang "Office of Attorney Norman Lorenzo" eh Collections Agency.
Sinasabi nila na law firm nila to get your attention so you have to call them.
Titimplahin nya ang reaction mo by your tone and your questions. When "Attorney Lorenzo" feels natatakot ka, sasabihin nya sayo yung utang mo at kelangan mo magbayad ng half bukas. Pag hindi mo nabayaran, kakasuhan ka nila.
Kung di mo nakita tong blog na to, malamang super takot mo na at hahanap ka ng way makapagbayad and you will feel desperate.
Yan ag scenario dyan. While I advise that you should take their call. I also advise do not engage with agencies who pretend to be the other agencies or individuals.
In short, kalokohan yan and do not worry.
What happens po if they cant reach me through my phone because my sim card or phone got broken?? But i still reply to their emails? And they cant get hold of me sa work and address because I told the guard already not to entertain them?
ReplyDeleteNothing. They will have a way to get hold of your number though. You have all the right to change your number.
Thanks.

Bakit lagi po nila sinasama yung criminal case? Pero matagal na nga po ako resigned sa company ko at mtagal na ngchange address simula nung mawalan ako ng work dito nlng ako sa probinsya. Kailangan ko pa ba iupdate ung bago ko contact number at address?
ReplyDelete@Grace
So most of the time napapasok sila sa bayad terms na di masustain and at the end ayun ending is failed payment na lang. So as we always advice, ignore or kung may tapang, pwede naman sagutin pero sabihin lang lagi rekta na "Sorry wala pa budget to pay at the moment". Kung mangulit at manakot na mag file ng case ang sabihin lang lagi "Go ahead file a case. Hope to see you in court!." :)
Easiest way to manage is to deactivate your social media accounts.
Hirap po kasi ng buhay being a single.Mom.
DeleteMedyo off topic ng kaunti.

lulubog lilitaw yan sila. as long as defaulters tayo, we expect all these hassles - calls, messages, letters, etc. diskarte lang talaga.

DeleteI got defaulted po sa 5 cc ko (EW, MBTC, SBC, PNB, RCBC) with 20-30k credit limit each card. Started defaulted las t 2020, and now umaabot na to 100k yung balance each. Molaer, SP and eastwest, keeps on emailing me, sending demand letters sa home address ko. I am a single mom
