1. Why would the bank refer me to a collection agency?
could it be because it is no longer interested in collecting from me?

Why would the collecting agency insist that I pay?
Could it be because of a hefty commission?
3.
But why would the bank still file a case?
Could it be that answer is all of above?

DeleteHello po to all, nadefault na po ako sa SB cc last 2020. Ignored calls and emails na po since wala po talaga ako i pay hirap pa sa basic needs namin. Kanina nagdeliver po ng letter from SB pero November 2025 pa ang date sa letter ng binuksan ko po. Nakastate po sa letter ang notice of endorsement sa mga collection agencies nila dahil wala po payment. Lahat ng collection agency nila , contact number, at email address nakalista. Help po or any advice what to do po. Nagtaka lang po ako kasi matagal ng hindi nagparamdam ang collection agency pero ito ngayon may letter na galing from Sb. Bumalik naman po stress at anxiety q po

Defaulted po ako sa CC ko sa UB, Metrobank, RCBC, at Atome and meron din po ako Personal Loan sa UB which is sa ngayon di ko narin po kaya bayaran.. makakasuhan po kaya ako sa hindi ko pagbabayad ng Personal loan.. sobrang gipit napo kasi talaga ako.. sana po may makasagot sa tanong ko.. salamat po
ReplyDeleteMeron po ba dito defaulted sa Metrobank and Metrobank din ang payroll nila? Tanong ko po is nag offset din po ba c Metrobank like ni UB, BDO at BPI? Salamat po sa mkakasagot. Kinakabahan po kasi ako dahil defaulted din ako sa Metrobank at yun ang payroll account ko.
ReplyDeleteMay possibility po since kaya nilang maghold ng mga papasok na deposits at ikaltas. Pwede pong makiusap para wag.buong sweldo. Yung nga lang po baka sa collections na at hindi talaga avisable na kausapin. Kung anuman, lagi po idocument ang usap para hindi sila magimbento ng amount due na patong patong na interest. Mauy ongoing complaint ako kay UB.SI chatgpt ang nalatulong sa akin
Deletehello, way back 2021-2023, defaulted nako kay Metrobank, then ang sahod ko ay sa Metrobank din pumapasok, nung time na un di naman nag offset saken si Metrobank pero aware ako na dapat i-withdraw ko agad once na pumasok ang sahod ko

DeleteMy payroll is Metrobank for 6 years now and may default ako sa credit card ng Metrobank. So far walang offsetting, basta ginagawa ko abang mode sa sweldo at withdraw/transfer agad sa ibang bank account.

Hi retired banker. I would like to share a letter from the Sheriff, if that is okay with you. The letter contains a partial report listing several banks and indicating whether I have accounts with them. I am concerned because I own a parcel of land jointly with my sister, which was purchased by our mother and is intended as the site for our future family home.

ReplyDeleteI am a card defaulter. Nakasuhan ako ni BPI ng Sum of Money. Nagkaroon na ng Judgment nung 2020 and writ of execution nitong 2025. Ngayon nakatanggap ako ng letter galing sa Sheriff. Partial report sya na naglilist ng mga different banks, and nakaindicate doon if may account ba ako sa kanila o wala. May mga same case na din ba skin?
Ang concern ko kasi, meron kami lupa somewhere na nakapangalan sa aming dalawa ng kapatid ko. Papatayuan pa lang namin un ng bahay. May case ba na nakuha din ung lupa? Pag wala sila talaga ma garnish, pati ba lupa under your name, makukuha sa iyo?

Hello. Gusto ko lang po magkwento. I sent an email to eastwest dahil may bumisita sa bahay namin na CA. Si mommy ko ang nakausap at sinabi nya na pupunta daw sya sa barangay para makausap daw ako kasama ang barangay. Di alam ng mommy ko ang malaking utang ko sa cc and yun ay nakapagpanerbyos sa kanya dahil mukhang agressive si CA. Nasa bahay ako pero di ako tinawag ni mommy kaya sya ang kumausap. Sabi nya nasa Manila daw ako. Nag email ako sa eastwest regarding sa incident. Sabi ko kung gagawin pa ulit nila yun at kung gagawa sila iskandalo, magfile ako complain sa BSP fo harrasment lalo at senior ang mommy ko at nagkanervous breakdown dahil dun.
ReplyDeleteI can handle naman yung CA at di ako magtatago kung pumunta sila sa bahay pero yung mangharass sila ng senior, papalagan ko yun.
Dahil siguro sa email ko na magfile ako ng complain, days after my email, nag send ng email si EW and here it is.

Di ko kaya yung offer kaya di ko pa sila mababayaran. I just ignore the email. Di na rin ako natatakot if magfile sila ng case. Wala pa talaga akong funds para mabayaran sila.
Sa email nila, pwede pala sila mag ask sa barangay para magfacilitate ng conciliation. Akala ko di makikialam ang barangay pag corp ang inutangan.
Feb 19 yung email pero di pa naman sila bumisita dito until now.
