Hi Risktaker! Gaya ng lagi sinasabi ni banker, pag wala talagang pambayad "forget the debt but not the lesson." Naiintindihan ko ang takot mo kasi same sa nararamdaman ko kahit nagkakalakas ng loob sa dami nakakausap eh di mawawala ang takot kahit ano gawin kasi di naman natin gusto di magbayad, sadyang wala lang talaga maibayad. Napagdaanan ko na ang di makatulog pero ngayon nakakatulog na ako, mas madaming calls and text dahil 4 months na akong overdue, nilipat ko muna sa ibang cellphone yung sim na connected sa bank para nako contact pa rin nila.
Nakareceive po ako mismo sa unionbank na text na magooffset sila sa existing deposit accounts ko. Problema ko po doon cinecredit payroll. May nagsabi na automatic offset daw yun pagkapasok ng sweldo. Nung tumawag akp sa unipn, masa rgs at madrid na accpint ko at doon daw akp magnego. Pero nakita konpo dito na hindi po sila dapat ang kausap. Natatakot po ako sa auto offset at mawala sweldo ko. Paano po ang best na gagawin?

My debt po sa RCBC is 821k. Hindi ko lang po kaya bayaran ng buo but will pay paunti unti. Paano if hindi ako nagcomply sa gusto nila, may nakausap kasi ako na taga SP sabi ko hindi ko pa kaya magbayad. Bayaran ko daw yung 5k kasi endoserd na daw for legal action. Bayaran ko daw half sa 15 at half sa 28.
Hello banker, sa akin po lampas na ng 10 years. recently may nagparamdam na CA, SP Madrid, after years na walang paramdam from bank or CA. I'm trying to avoid as much as possible those legal actions, like garnishment etc, lalo kung hindi naman ako binigyan ng chance to settle. gusto ko lang naman ma-settle na ito pero hindi ko afford kung magde-demand sila ng malaking amount. Kaya ko lang mga 15k or 10k. Last I remember, naging 150k yung utang because of those interest charges pero more than 10 years ago pa yan. Please help po.
