Si Banker ang nagturo sakin na may meaningful life pa after mabaon sa utang, I was a breadwinner and lahat ng ito gnamit ko sa family hospital bill, and pag graduate ng kapatid ko. Hindi ko na kinayang bayaran, I tried to pay the collection agency pero I stop kasi wala na talaga. Now unti unti bumabangon after 5 years, dinisregard ko lahat ng text at snail mail ng demand letter. Pero recently nakatangap ako ng Sulat makapal na papel for summon and asking me to attend hearing for small claims on Monday Dec 15, 2025, bumalik nanaman ang takot ko, binalikan ko itong blog ni banker and tnwagan sya. He advised me to do not attend the hearing since same lang naman ang hatol pumunta ako or hndi. Transfer all my deposit and payroll sa mga online banking or banks ng family mo. Currently enough to cover my expenses, my payroll is BDO and have accounts in Unionbank. I will update you regarding the case i was in. Pero nawala na ang kaba, at pagppatuloy lang ang buhay. I wish the same for everyone, merry christmas!!

Hello meron din ako utang sa cc ng eastwest ng 2M kasama na ang interest. Huwag lang mangyari na magkaroon ng court ordered garnishment. Government employee din ako, iniisip ko rin na mahirap mangyari sa katulad namin na maipit sueldo namin.
3 years na akong hindi nakakabayad, puro pananakot p lang na kakasuhan ako. Meron din akong hindi nababayaran na cc 2 metrobank at bdo. So far ung eastwest at metrobank ang active talaga sa paniningil. Meron din hindi magagandang pangyayari sa paniningil nila like tumawag sa office ko na may outstanding warrant daw ako, sa barangay naman ay ipa-padlock daw ang bahay namin ng sheriff. Be prepared na lang sa ii-scam ng mga collector.

May utang ako ss BPI CC and ung dati kong work is ang payroll acct is BPI also.. this year lang ako umalis sa work na un pero ung utang ko sa BPI is more than 10years na ata.. today nagtransfer ako dun sa dati kong bpi payrollacct nagulat ako hindi ko na mawithdraw. then upon checking nakanegative na siya. ito po ba iyong garnishment. wala kasi akong narcvd na notice din naman kaya nagulat ako. now working ako with new company maapektuhan po ba payroll accont ko po dun.. It's a fantasy. it's for the benefits only of the banks. While other banks are not really interested in collecting from you, you are making the banks SUE you all together. In other words, kung maraming mga maliliit na bato ang itatapon sa iyo, entering IDRP gives you one big stone to bang your head. 🤣
kaya nga hindi ko na din push IDRP, ngtry ako 1% per month for 8 years offer - pwede .5% kaso issue PDC para na kong ngbayad mg top of the line SUV ( which is wala pa ko🤣)
wait ko n lng sila mag sue, kahit nmn mgsummon hindi din ako ppunta. Hindi naman nila ko pwedeng wala nmn akong assets aside from an old car - depreciated value and all my accounts are under my son's name na. pti properties recently acquired.

1.5 yrs na akong MAD PAYOR medyo 1.5x na mad gnyan , I don't know I've been so busy not able to monitor my finances. I called 4 banks for restructuring walang offer, rcbc keeps on rejecting my special balance conversion ( this would allow me sana to convert all my balances kahit wala ng limit) so bahala sila. Selfish din since mas kumikita sila kaka MAD ko, ayun OD na ko this month ngttawagan na sila chill lng. ngkaskas pa nga ko ng iphone sa inis ko🤣😂 my bad!!
Hello banker , sana po ay mabawasan yung nararamdaman ko ngayon. Nagbtext kasi ulit saken ang SB eh, may salary loan kasi ako way back 2021, 43k po..Hindi ko na nabayaran until now, gusto ko sanang bayaran pa unti unti, bumlik kasi yung takot ko baka mgka warrant ako if hindi ko bayaran. Pero hindi pa sa ngayon huhuhu advice nman po.

Ask din po pde kaya ung cancelled na ing account but still pde pa din pa idrp?
