  2. Hi po, need help po. I don't know kung kanino po ako hihingi ng tulong para maibalik yung salary ko na na offset ng Unionbank last February 27, 2025. Alam ko po na against the law ito. nag undergo nko sa BSP Complaint. And kakatapos ng lng mediation yesterday. It was a failed/terminated mediation since hindi kme nagkasundo. Please help me po banker. Thank you in advance.

    1. Grabe talaga Unionbank.
Thank you in advance.

    2. Hi @Ms.Optimiste,

TAMA naman si UNIONBANK and that is even legal yung PAG OFFSET NG SALARY MO. asa terms nila upon getting your credit card sa kanila. Kilala diyan ang BDO, BPI and Unionbank.

Now, the diskarte ay once macredit ay kelangan matransfer or mawithdraw agad ang pera para hindi maulit. OR KUNG NAFREEZE NA, why not icash nalang and talk to your HR or accounting.

    3. Hi @Mr. Kabado2,

No po, Unionbank's T&C cannot overrule the Labor Code (wages are protected)

    4. same here garnished by BPI since 2020. Hindi hinonor ni Judge yun request ko for exemption of salary at terminated na daw ang case.

    5. your case is similar to Prism Blue - BPI judgement obligor salary held by Land Bank which was eventually lifted; hinde na pursue after working on its "victory" to my dismay.
I'm still awaiting update on another one who promised to pursue filing a case against LBP.

  9. Hello po! I just want to know kung tama po ba yung iniisip ko.

Also, pati ba gcash/maya, kaya nilang kunin?

    2. If the my deposit is on hold, does it mean that this is for garnishment already? After magarnish, can I use my account again, or should I opt to create a new account?

  14. Hi, i know its already weekend. i have back read most of the posts here and learned a lot. I just have some questions. I know this is wrong, but im starting to find a way to get away from this mess and circle of life (work-pay bills). I currenty have 3 CC and I pay them good, some in full and some just MAD, nevertheless, im always on time. I want to use my card in bad faith. I am thinking of using my credit card worth P300k to invest in Crypto market and no plans of paying. Just one of my CC (sb). And if by any chance the investment works out, ill pay the card off. but if not, and while waiting, i dont plan on paying the card. and still keep the remaining two cards. What are your thoughts on this? I know this is unethical. But reading all the posts and support you have here, I think it also applies to what i just said. What do you think? Im willing to send 3 yumbugers for the kids. Just need your expertise and thoughts. Thank you

  17. Hello. Although me natira pa din sa nahold sakin sa account ko e di ko pa din sya magalaw and andito pa din ako work but already thinking and considering my options for the future.

  18. I have a question about the garnishment. If funds are already on hold, kailan sya magagarnish? What is the best possible course of action? If I open a new account sa ibang bank, and magpadala doon, magagarnish din ba? Baka po may same case sakin.
