Sir returedbanker and sir sonnix thank you po sa tulong. Big help po talaga. Any way my ask lang is it ok if di mona po ako sasagot sa email ng metro kasi kakadefaulted ko lang ng cc ko. Nagpadala sila ng email kung magkano total nun utang ko which is nasa 40ok plus na. Kasama na po interest dun. Pero alam ko po capital cash 2go and bal conversion ko is nasa 150plus na lang. Mataas lang po interests dahil puro 5 years loan, ok lang po ba if di ko mona sagotin yung email nila? Magwait na lang po offer sila ng amount na kaya ko to close? Sana po may makasagot thanks in advance

DeleteHello po. Hindi na ako makatulog sa stress. Meron po ba ditong case na nagkaso ang gcash for gcredit, ggives and gloan? May nautang po ako sa lahat ng yan out of necessity, hindi po luho and wala na po talaga ako maibayad. Makakasuhan po ba ako? RGS ang latest na tumawag.

DeleteGuys, story time: Collector called me. Utang ko daw sa UBP. I denied I had credit card, she kept insisting. And along the conversation she said that this call is being recorded. At that point, I flared up (kunwari lang, hehe) and told her that what she is doing was illegal because they did not ask my consent that the call be recorded. Then she answered, "But even in all customer service it is recorded." I answered, "I don't care about the others, but when called me you should have immediately asked my consent." She tried a palusot, "The previous speaker b4 me said it was recorded." I answered, "No he didn't, so I am not answering anymore questions." It didn't seem to hit her because she still asked, "Why?" I answered, "Since you didn't ask my consent, I am no longer going to answer anymore questions. What you did was a criminal offense." I think that scared her so she said, "Ah ok, never mind." She hung up.
ReplyDeleteHello po sa lahat! Magtatanong lang po ako. May mga unpaid cc and loan po ako. Most of them mga more than 10 years ago na. Sa lahat Citibank lang nabayaran ko pero wala ako ng certificate of complete payment (my fault). May UB savings account ako and since naacquire ni UB ang Citi, kinuha nila laman ng account ko. Since I no longer have the details hindi nila macheck for me. Yun ang sabi ng collections nila. Ngayon, tanong po, saan po maganda mag-open ng savings account! Kailangan ko po kasi ito for payment sa aking freelance work. Salamat po.

DeleteGood morning po, may pumunta po sa workplace ko, sa NC Corporation daw po sya and regarding daw po sa PNB cc, tumawag po ang guard sa officemate ko at hinahanap ako, kaya sinagot ko ang telepono at sabi ko sa guard na pakisabi na wala. Pero sa totoo lng kinabahan ako, baka ksi araw arawin yung pag punta. Nanginginig po kamay ko. Pahingi po ng komting advise pamapalakas loob lang po. huhuhu
ReplyDeleteBawal yan harassment na yan. Kausapin ninyo at kunin ang nga name at isumbong sa Banko sentral or tawagan. Puede naman sabihan ang guard ninyo na huwag entertain, nanggugulo lang sa trabaho mo. Nabuhay na naman ang ganyang harassment.

ReplyDeletePinagbabawal nang banko sentral sa nga collection agency na pumunta sa workplace. Sabihan ninyo kung makausap ninyo na bawal yan. Sa company namin hindi yan pinapapasok.

DeletePossible ba maging bouncing cheque yung binigay nila na cheque saken pro online nman ako nagbabayad dati, na close po account ko kasi dapat pala hindi sya pwede ma zero balance. Meron po kasi ako Security Bank salary loan po, nasa 42k po yung na loan ko, nakapagbayad nman ng ilang buwan tapos nahinto, tapos meron po nag message saken sa viber umabot sya ng 69k. Wala pa kasi akong pambayad talaga, ang sabi saken bounching cheque daw, eh hindi nman ako nag issue ng cheque, binigyan lng nila ako ng cheque pro online nman ako nagbabayad dati .

DeleteIto na nga daw may tumawag daw ukumahogsaakin na may kaso daw ako at hinahanap daw ako ng isang major , namamahiya talaga sila dahil sa office pa at may kaso daw ako na nakasampa na. Tinawag ako ng boss ko at tinatanong kung may nakasampa raw sa akin na kaso. Sabi ko wala akong may alam na may kaso ako. Tinanong ng boss ko kung baka may matagal ng nakasampa sa akin kung may naaalala raw ba ako? Sabi ko wala akong kaso, walanghiya talaga. Siguro iniisip nila na may bonus ang government employee kaya nagkukumahog na maka kuha pera.
ReplyDeleteGinawa na sa akin yan. Kinukuha nila number ko at sinab ng HR namin na data privacy yun kaya HR nalang namin tumawag sa akin. Ang sabi ko sa HR scammer.
DeleteSyempre, lintik lang walang ganti. Tinawagan ko yung nagpapanggap na major, kinuha ko badge number. Badge number palang mali na, hahahaha talagang pinagsabihan ko na buti pa siya alam niya na may business ako at may lawyer. Pakilala mo naman ako sabi ko sa kanya hehe. Nagalit, binabaan ako ng phone. Nag email ako sa bsp and eastwest regarding dito. Naalarma yata si EWB at sila mismo tumawag sa akin.
Next time pag tinawagn ka ulit, sabihin mo kakasuhan mo sila ng usurpation of authority.
