2. There is a final judgement
3. There is a Writ of Execution
4. There is a Notice to the holder of your funds
b) Exemptions:
Living allowance – food, shelter, clothing, transportation, education
Light, water, power ( see Rule 39 Sec. 13 of the Rules of Court)
c) Remedies
1. Negotiate with holder of funds
2. Elevate issue w/ BSP
