    1. Hi mam cherrylou and banker

      1) Ask ko lang if non payment of credit card will give you a hit in NBI clearance?
Nagpunta ako yesterday to get a clearance pro lumabas po "with hit".

      2) makaka affect po ba ang pag kuha ng US Visa or any visa for that matter if hindi nakakabayad ng cc?

Thank you.

Nagbayad po ko over the counter. Sana po maadvise nyo ako what im gonna do ?

    ReplyDelete
  6. hi i guess ewb is trying to pin you down, ayaw ng over the counter and need mo mag-payment arrangement
and yes not sensible to keep bank deposits with them for sure it will be auto-debit like what had happened before
-so what you can do is to request for repayment scheme na magiging affordable sa iyo, like payable in 5 years ( yes malaki ang magiging interest nya, but no choice ; kesa po ma-default nila yung auto-loan mo and ma-foreclose yung car)
-it will be easier for you to avail of the repayment kasi you have just defaulted on your account
-now pag ok na ang auto-loan, i guess it will be easier for you to
get a release of mortgage ( and ang bilis nila mag-auto debit ng account mo huh...)
hope this helps and pls. put username after your post
    thanks

Hsbc, citibank, bpi, ewb and metrobank. Evelyn Cruz

    2. Try to sell that car. If you can get a good price where the person will pay cash, pay off the bank and a little for you left. Then apply for a loan for another car.

  11. Ma'am cherrylou/banker pa advice po. I just received this email from a CA, attorney daw sya.

This letter is to notify you that you are now more than 4 months behind payment on your unsettled Credit Card with First Gulf Bank . This is due immediately, including interest charges.

You were sent a previous reminder that payment was due and that you were a 4 months behind. Then on October 27, 2017 please be notified that until payment was made, Monthly interest charges would be applied to the principal.

As it stands your current outstanding balance is AED 73,803.37 , as of today 21 October 2017

Unless you make payment on or before October 25,2017, or contact us @ +63 2 800 **** or +971 4-321-**** to arrange a more manageable payment plan for this month your account will be passed on to our collection and legal department and you may be visited by one of our collections Field officer and Legal action may also be taken against you by the bank.

Please get in touch so we can solve this issue.

We trust that you will give preferential attention to this matter in order to avoid the expenses and inconveniences of court litigation.

    Thanks po in advance.

Question? May isa akong CC na with the help of God eh na-pay off ko na, just this month. I want to cancel it as I do not want to have it anymore. I currently live abroad and they wont entertain through email (Citibank). Any suggestions?

    1. banks, even if you are here, will give you a hard time if you want to cancel your card. no business. lol!
      options? marami:
      1. don't use it anymore; or
      2. do not pay any renewal/annual fees under notice to them; or
      3. wait for its expiry; or
      4. cut it in half then send it to them thru FEDEX or DHL. lol!

      Delete
    2. Thank you Banker!

Definitely, I will not use it anymore.

For the renewal/annual fees? I think they would still bill me kasi mid 2018 pa ang expiry nito.

Last thing bossing? Pag yung account mo eh endorsed na sa CA or a CA is already on your tail eh wala na ring saysay kung unti untiin ko naman ang ibang pagkakautang ko no? Tama ba ang intindi ko na pag nasa CA na account mo eh ibig sabihin eh "written off" na or considered loss na ng mga banks?

Thank you very much again for sharing these vital and life-changing advice para sa mga nagkamali noon.

That would mean you only need to pay P36,900.00 on or before OCTOBER 18, 2017 to consider your card account as CLOSED and FULLY SETTLED."
All you have to do is proceed to any Eastwest Bank branch and pay the discounted amount of P36,900.00 .
HURRY! This promo is for a limited time only.
Upon payment, please reply to this email or call 620 1700 loc 2894 and 0939 519 9827, so we may process your CERTIFICATE OF FULL PAYMENT (15 BANKING DAYS) or AGREEMENT LETTER."

Is this another one of their collection tactics, I'm willing to pay but is having second thoughts if after i pay the 36,900 which they are requiring i will be issued a certificate of full payment?

I know na mahihirapan ako makapag open ng account sa RCBC due to my delinquent credit card. Everyday nakakareceived po ako text from RCBC Bankard to pay the minimum due of 16K+. Since nakuha ko na yung final pay sa previous company ko, I want to pay sana kahit yung minimum and magbabayad ako monthly kay RCBC for possibility na maclear ko name ko. Ang problema I'm also receiving emails from collectors. 1st si Telan and 2nd si unknown agency. Ang worries ko is baka kapag nagpay ako sa collectors lang mapunta yung pera not sa bank and baka di pa din ako maka open ng account. Question should I still pay? And do you think possible ako makaopen ng payroll account? Thanks po. - Harris

    ReplyDelete

    1. @Harris teeter, hi your account must already been endorsed to the 3rd party collector and yes your payment will just go to the pocket of the crooks
and your name will only be cleared if you enter a repayment scheme with the crooks
and yes mas gusto nila...madaling kitahan
-try to negotiate directly with the bank, there are times they give discounts and sensible ang repayment schemes nila
-as per banker payroll account must not be subject to auto-debit/off-setting (just don't know with rcbc and i have heard na there are some cases that metrobank and bdo also subject payroll account to auto-debit
-or one option is, if you are able to open payroll account with rcbc; to just withdraw the whole amount as soon as salary is credited
good luck or if you feel unsafe, just tell your office of your predicament and maybe they can arrange for other ways na makuha mo yung salary...

Lalo pa ngayon na may baby ka na, focus your budget in giving it to your baby's needs.

Then kung talagang naka ipon ka na at balak mo talaga magbayad, do it when you only have excess money to spare - talk direclty to the bank.

  49. Hello mga kadiskarte. Jage here. Question lang po. After i defaulted and started receiving calls, sms from CAs. I decided to change my number. Hindi ko pa kasi nakita itong site that time kaya di ko alam ano isasagot and sa sobrang takot at stress na rin. It's been 2 years now since i defaulted and have never once answered their call. Napagdaanan ko rin ang mapuntahan ng barangay captain sa bahay kasi the @*#&ing CA went to our barangay and asked for assistance. Pero di naman na po bumalik si CA kasi i never returned their call. In short, para akong naglaho na parang bula. My question is this...

    1. @Jage, hi if bank is serious to file a case you will surely receive a legit summons within 2 years of being in-default
summons is thickish with all the attachments (meron syang case number and presiding judge ) and this you can double check by going personally to the hall of justice or to the court na nag-issue ng summons
-in my case i got the sum of money case with bpi and bankard just within a year of being in default
procedure took less than a year i.e. from hearings which i never attended up to resolution and another 2 years for the writ of execution to be issued
-and after all these days, hirit pa rin ni kotong-collector ang discounted amt. for one-time payment
-and sorry na lang i have no extra budget and nothing to execute from my end

Sending me emails, text msgs kaso pati s viber and fb di nila ko tinantanan. I tried talking to one of them sbi ko cant really pay for now. They asked me how much i can pay monthly. Sabi ko 1k cguro basta willing nman ako mag settle but im in my financial difficulties lng sa ngayon. So they gave me till monday to pay at least 2k else they will sign a contract to transfer my acct to legal for possible litigation daw. Sobrang pikon n ko s knila sending multiple msgs sunod sunod at ung calls nila early morning even on weekends. I dont know what to do. If i pay 2k direct dw s eastwest they will offer me a program. Questions are:

    1. Can i trust their program? Or s knila lng din tlga mppunta bayad ko like what i read here.
    2. How serious are they to file a case?
    3. In case deadma lang talaga ko s kanila, whats the worst thing they can do?
    4. Is better to settle and where to negotiate?
Or ganun b talaga? Ksi i remember 160k lng ung last n SOA tpos ngayon 200k n. Sadly i didnt used my cc to that amount, a relative of mine didnt pay me.

-well what can you expect, c/a just after their quota or commission for that matter
    2. not serious, lumang style na po yan ng mga comedians (and seryoso ewb pa ??? )

and pls. don't buy the offer of the c/a to pay any amount to show the crooks, este the bank of your willingness to pay

  58. Hi Guys. Share ko lang yung nangyari sakin recently. Un parent ko may nareceive na demand letter from SP Madrid Law Firm. They were so worried so I called SP Madrid hoping to work out a payment arrangement or hoping to get a special discount. I am determined to settle the account once makaluwag. To my surprise they said that the bank's instructions is no discount and this could be paid in 1 or 2 installments only. I was so shocked, I don't know how they don't understand the fact na kaya ka nga nadefault kasi wala kang pambayad. So ok na un, I asked for other option un nga monthly payment but the longer the term the bigger the interest. I couldn't believe what I just heard, at dahil siguro tumawag ako sa kanila naging aggressive sila at nawili magpunta sa bahay. Pumunta sila ulit sa bahay on the same day na tumawag ako. At babalik balik daw sila. After that call I realized na dapat hindi nakikipag usap sa kanila. Kung nag decide si bank to file a case against me, fine. I'll deal with the bank na lang directly. I will never deal with them again. Just to add tingin ko they were not willing to work with me regarding the payment arrangement kasi they saw previously un amount na sinesettle ko kasi diniscuss pa sakin na kesyo ganito daw un nababayad ko noon. Lesson learned to not deal with them. I'll wait for the bank's decision if they will file a case against me. Very disappointing talaga.

Ms Cherrylou can I have your email too? Just want to ask few questions. I'll go to the EB too and will just pay at the entrance. Thanks

and stupid si c/a, defaulter nga so how can you expect them to pay in full ( or kahit pa nga 2 payments)
and i will tell you, no big deal bout the case

      1. yes calling the crooks will only encourage them to call you no end
      2. banker is right, leaving office/home is not tantamount to RA 8484
      4. nope, not sensible to make utang to pay-off another utang ( it will just be a financial-marathon), and promise citibank will not wait for 7 years bago sila mag-file ng case
so kalma lang po and focus on basic needs, like food on the table, education ng mga bata and medicine ni Nanay
