I was just wondering? is it a wrong move to pay the bank after you've been called by enzi. haven't paid for my credit card for almost 2 years. enzi sent a letter which i ignored. then called me saying i can pay my debt at a smaller amount which is 20k. i said i can only afford 12k. then she re negotiated with 16k. but i was only able to come up with 13k so i deposited it to my hsbc account, did i do the right thing? or was it a stupid move?
Nanots, better pray ka na lang na sana nga totoo un promise ng collector sa u. kasi ako experience ko na 'yan. 2 accounts ang sinubokan ko i-settle. i settled the 1 na maliit lang ang outstanding balance ko. I was told by the agent to pay 5T instead of 8T. and the agent promised me na i can get my cert. of full payment later she would just inform men pag available na. pero after a month sabi ng agent nasa office na daw nila ready for pick up hindi ko pinuntahan feeling ko wala ko tiwala. now I tired to contact the agent if pwede paki forward na lang nun sa mailing address ko ni isang text wala siya reply at gang ngayon panay pa rin padala sa akin ng bills ang hsbc sa account kong un. sana nga lang totoo un sabi sa un ng agent na un malaki2x din un.

Please tell me honestly, was it a wrong move? stupid decision ba yon?
i received their call just this morning i must say he's really bastos a guy named "MARLON" from Admerex was harassing me. he keep on asking informations which he really did know the answer. whenever i ask for my detailed soa signed by the bank and authority to collect he keeps on saying that it was part of my delaying tactics he said that i know kung how long before he can provide me those. if it is really my delaying tactic i wont even pay a single cent to them. napapahiya xa everytime na cnasabi ko na ano ba gusto mo mgpasok ako ng pera kht papano o wala tlga. i even told him na "kung ganyan kyo magsalita pano kyo babayaran ng mga tao nyo? ang bastos nyo!" i've told him for so many times that i can easily understand him he doesn't to be in that tone of voice.
another thing is that i don't know if he's really talking to someone to note this and that and stuff. i asked him do i have to hear everything can you just talk to that someone after our conversation.
he also said that he'll be going to my office to provide everything that i need by tomorrow which came to my mind na he already said na mahirap kumuha nun sa bank.mbayran ko daw ba ng buo un? we'll the only thing that he'll hear from me is that i'll settle everything within the bank or court.

Hello banker... Just this morning, two men came from some molaer law offices. They shouted outside our house looking for me... and told my kasama sa bahay which happened to be my mom who pretended na lookout lang sa mbahay- na do not tolerate my debts. They told my mom pa na wag mgsinungaling kasi alam nila na its her. tpoz crime daw under section 3 un... ever...
nakkhiya po kasi dahil sumisigaw sila sa labas ng bahay namen letting the whole neighborhood to hear those things.. and when they were ask to come inside hindi daw sila authorized...
good day! hindi ko pa nababayaran yung utang ko sa 3 credit cards ko 3 yrs na ngayon pa lang nagiging ok ang status ko at balak namin mag Singapore sa sunod na buwan na libre ng kapatid ko. natatakot kc ako baka sa airport bigla nila ako harangin at hulihin dahil sa cc. pde bang maging problema yun dahil sa cc?
